Homebuyers will have to move fast in order to secure one of the last few remaining properties at Kebbell Homes' prestigious Chilgrove development in Petersfield, which is now available with a choice of four fantastic incentives.

Part-Exchange Scheme
Part-exchange takes away the stress of finding a buyer for a purchaser's existing property and provides a fair and hassle-free solution to moving home.
