Join in Persimmon's Christmas toy appeal

Persimmon Homes South Coast will be playing Santa Claus this year but needs you to lend a hand and become Santa's little helper by donating a toy to a child in hospital. Throughout December Persimmon will be bringing a little festive cheer to children spending Christmas Day in a hospital bed through their toy appeal.

Based at the Dickens Quarter development in Portsmouth the toy appeal will see a team from Persimmon hand delivering presents to children at the St Mary's hospital on the 22nd December.

Persimmon is appealing for anyone who wants to take part to buy a small toy or gift and bring it to the sales office on Milton Road, Portsmouth, before Monday 22nd December.

Rob Allen, sales director for Persimmon Homes South Coast, comments: "This is the first year that Persimmon Homes South Coast has run the toy appeal and we are hoping that it will be a real success.

"Unfortunately there are many children every year who have to spend Christmas in hospital and we wanted to do something to help keep their spirits up during the festive season."
