“The Roman-themed Open Day to mark the launch of the development promises to be great fun for families – and it’s a brilliant opportunity to find an amazing deal on a brand new home.”

Just one of the homes available to reserve on the day is the classically designed three-bedroom ‘Fullerton’ townhouse, characterised by a spacious living/dining room with French doors to the rear garden, a well-proportioned kitchen and a cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs the landing leads to a spacious double bedroom and a further bedroom with built-in wardrobes, and a main bathroom, while the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom sits proudly up on the top floor.

All George Wimpey’s new homes at the development enjoy a high standard specification, including central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob and hood.

The selection of three-bedroom houses are priced from £194,995, while four-bedroom homes start at £269,995.

Househunters interested in making their move to the development can take advantage of incentives for first time buyers and George Wimpey’s easymover programme, through which customers with a house to sell can reserve their new home and then sit back and relax while the housebuilder helps to find a buyer for their current property.

Incentives can be tailored to homebuyers’ circumstances and are subject to availability. Further details are available from the Sales Executive.
