House swaps solve sellers’ dilemma

Home-owners can swap their current property for a brand new home in Bramley village, and make a hassle-free move without getting caught in the property chain.

A selection of spacious new-build houses at George Wimpey West London’s well-appointed Bramley Green development in Hampshire have been made available to purchase in part-exchange for an existing property.
