Business is booming at Twyford Square

First-time buyers have been flocking to Barratt’s Twyford Square development in Eastleigh to take advantage of the developer’s Dream Start incentive.

“We re-launched this development at Easter, when building on the next phase of homes was well under way, and since then we’ve had 18 reservations,” reports Mark Docherty, sales director at Barratt.

“Dream Start is a great incentive for people who are keen to own a home of their own. Our latest buyers are very happy, and most will be moving into their brand new apartments at the end of June, just in time for the summer.”

Located off Twyford Road, near junction 13 of the M3 and adjacent to the River Itchen, Twyford Square offers 161 one and two-bedroom apartments. Current availability includes two-bedroom apartments with terraces priced from £134,995.
