Savvy house hunters are flocking to Fareham and it’s no wonder with a recent survey* finding that the desirable Hampshire town has weathered the property market storm. Property prices in the area fallen by just 3.6% compared to a UK average of 11.5%.

Purchasers have been quick to snap up properties at George Wimpey’s Sandringham Park development on Gudge Heath Lane which has sold 15 homes in just four months.
