Paul and Claire Cowlin, who are both in their 60’s, bought a ground floor apartment at the house builder’s Cedar Park development on Park House Farm Way. John, 36, said: “We’d been looking for a home with a larger garden for several months as the children are at an age where they love to play outside after school.
