Swap your old home for new at Augusta Park Homeowners hoping to move up the property ladder can take advantage of an innovative part-exchange scheme at George Wimpey’s new Augusta Park development in Andover, Hampshire.

Part-exchanging an existing property reduces the time and hassle of the moving process – instead of marketing their current home through estate agents and paying the associated fees, the lucky customer simply sells it direct to George Wimpey, leaving them free to move in to their new home.

The offer is available on a choice of four-bedroom detached homes with garages at Augusta Park, including the superbly spacious ‘Rockbourne’.

Laid out in an attractive L-shaped design, this magnificent home is the ultimate ‘trade-up’, comprising an amazing kitchen/breakfast room with French doors to the rear garden, a separate formal dining room and a large lounge also with doors to the garden.

Upstairs, the master bedroom and second bedroom each benefit from en-suite facilities, while two further well-proportioned bedrooms are served by a bathroom with separate bath and shower cubicle.

Like all George Wimpey’s new homes at the development, the four-bedroom properties enjoy a high standard specification, including central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob and hood.

Prices for the four-bedroom homes currently range from £269,995 to £317,995, while two-bedroom coach houses start at just £144,995 and three-bedroom houses are priced from £194,995.

As an alternative to the part-exchange offer, househunters can take advantage of incentives for first time buyers and George Wimpey’s easymover programme, through which customers with a house to sell can reserve their new home and then sit back and relax while the housebuilder helps to find a buyer for their current property.

Incentives can be tailored to homebuyers’ circumstances and are subject to availability. Further details are available from the Sales Executive.
