Sisters find dream homes at Twyford Square

Two sisters, Karen and Hayley Chick, have landed their dream homes at Barratt’s Twyford Square, the developer’s popular site in Eastleigh near Southampton.

The housebuilder’s excellent offerings to help get buyers their dream homes have proved a winner with the Chick sisters.

“I first visited Twyford Square last September, but couldn’t afford to move there at the time,” said Karen (27), who works in Human Resources. “But they have a number of schemes to assist buyers and once I found the right one for me I took advantage and was one of the first to reserve in April.

“I’ve bought a two-bedroom apartment and I’m really looking forward to moving in at the end of June,” she continued. “I’ve looked at other developments and, usually, the second bedroom is tiny, but at Twyford Square both bedrooms are really spacious.”

Karen recommended the Twyford Square development to sister Hayley and partner Matt and a family friend, and will qualify for two Barratt ‘Recommend a Friend’ bonuses of £1,000 each when they complete their sales.

“Hayley and Matt will be moving to Twyford Square in June, but our family friend has only just reserved a new home,” Karen continued. “The ‘Recommend a Friend’ bonus is very welcome, although I intend to split both payments with the buyers, as it’s only fair that we all benefit from some extra cash.

“I’m really happy with my purchase,” she added. “I work for a railway company and my new home is within walking distance of Eastleigh train station, so it’s really convenient for me.”
