Limes Park apartments offer space and style Bryant Homes is opening the doors to an eye-catching new showhome that’s set to astonish would-be movers with its wealth of space and contemporary living style.

The new ‘Farleigh’ apartments at Limes Park, near Basingstoke, are already attracting the reservations from first-time buyers, downsizers and property investors, and now one of the beautiful two-bedroom apartments has been decorated and furnished to give visitors a taste of how good life can be in a brand new home.

Characterised by a superb living space comprising an open-plan kitchen and lounge/dining room, the apartment benefits from an en-suite to the master bedroom, a second spacious bedroom and a main bathroom.

Outside there is allocated parking, while all 37 of the ‘Farleigh’ homes lay within a gorgeous, three-storey ‘modern Mediterranean’ style building which is set within communal gardens, while selected plots enjoy private terraces or balconies.

Visitors coming along to see the showhome, which is open 10am to 5.30pm seven days a week, can also find out about Bryant Homes’ range of incentives to help first-time buyers and those with a property to sell.

These include the HomeBuy Direct scheme, a Government-funded shared equity loan to help qualifying first-time buyers and key workers own their new home with a mortgage for as little as 70% of the full purchase price.

Meanwhile, by choosing an apartment now at Limes Park, customers can create their own showhome style, by selecting fixtures and fittings, including flooring and carpets, kitchen finishes, appliances, lighting and bathroom suites.

Because many options are built in as each property is constructed, the earlier a home is reserved, the more choices there are.

Enjoying a leafy residential area to the north-west of Basingstoke town centre, Limes Park employs natural slate, traditional brickwork and timber to blend seamlessly with existing buildings.

The development includes designated cycle routes, public open spaces and new bus services to connect with main routes and provide an alternative to the car for residents.

Basingstoke town centre is just two miles away, and combines historical influences with bustling modern shops and exciting leisure pursuits, while Festival Place shopping centre comprises 165 stores and 29 restaurants, bars and cafes.

The town is also home to a choice of music venues, multi-screen cinemas, tennis courts, a leisure park, sports clubs, an ice rink, a swimming pool and bowling alleys. The open countryside is also just a stone’s throw away, offering nature trails and opportunities for woodland walks and cycling.

To see the showhome and find out more about the full range of homes available at the development, visit Limes Park Marketing Suite, located at 1 Peggsway, Park Village, Basingstoke, and open daily from 10am to 5.30pm.
