First time buyers complete in 12 days with Barratt

First-time buyers Nick Smart and Zoe Brown moved into a brand new apartment at Barratt’s Twyford Square development in Eastleigh just 12 days after choosing their new home.

“We decided to take advantage of one of Barratt’s schemes for first time buyers, and I couldn’t believe how quickly the sale was completed,” reports Nick (23), an account manager with a health and safety company in Chandler’s Ford.

“The sales negotiator, Chris Manley, was brilliant and made sure everything ran smoothly – I was really impressed by the speed with which we completed.

“Barratt’s offering for first time buyers is great - we wouldn’t have been able to afford a home of our own without their help,” Nick continued. “Zoe and I were renting in Southampton and most of the new build homes we looked at were quite small.

“However, our two-bedroom apartment at Twyford Square is bright and spacious and it comes with a balcony. There are only 24 homes in the block, so it’s not overcrowded here, either.

“The development is in a great location as our family and friends live in Eastleigh, and we’re also close to the town’s new leisure complex and the train station, so we are very happy,” Nick concluded.
