Developer celebrates success at Bramley Fields

To mark the near completion of Bramley Fields, a scheme comprising 274 new homes, the housebuilder has reduced the price of the final apartment by nearly £9000, from £123,995 to £115,000.
Bramley Fields, near Carpenters Down Woods, was named the Best Development in Hampshire at the Daily Mail UK Property Awards 2008, when it also received an award for its iLife homes in the category for Best Property in Hampshire.
Gerraint Oakley, sales director at David Wilson Homes Southern, says: “Bramley Fields has been consistently very popular with buyers and we are delighted to offer the final apartment at this exceptional price. Those interested will need to be quick though as I am sure it won’t be on the market for long!”
David Wilson Homes is currently building a variety of new homes at Orchard Grove, also located at Marnel Park, with prices from £127,150 for a one-bed house, £193,200 for a three-bedroom house and £313,000 for a four-bedroom house.
Both developments have excellent transport links, with a good bus service into town and easy access to the M3. There’s also a good choice of schools nearby.
