David Wilson Homes is celebrating the sales success of its Bramley Fields development in Marnel Park, Basingstoke where just one, one-bedroom apartment remains for sale.

To mark the near completion of Bramley Fields, a scheme comprising 274 new homes, the housebuilder has reduced the price of the final apartment by nearly £9000, from £123,995 to £115,000.
