KLM offers customers two new online services

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines now offers its customers not only air tickets, hotel accommodation and car rental, but also airport parking and transport between airport and city centre.

These services can be booked online via klm.com for most KLM destinations in the United States and a growing number of European cities.

KLM is offering these services in partnership with iSeatz, which is responsible for the product offering, the handling and the technical platform. This cooperation will enable KLM customers to book various travel-related services online.

Customers can now simultaneously book and pay hotel accommodation, car rental, and parking space or transport between airport and city centre. Customers will be able to compare, book, alter bookings and pay via klm.com.

These new services are fully in line with KLM’s strategy to ensure that customers can arrange their entire trip as easily and efficiently as possible.
