With its erupting geysers, magical lava landscapes and majestic glaciers there is a lot to love about Iceland and with Valentine’s Day just around the corner, Icelandair wants to share the love with its Loving Iceland City Break for only £225.

And its not just Icelandair who are fans, just read what celebrities love about Iceland:

Coldplay’s Chris Martin told the Sunday Times, “When you land in Iceland, you feel like you’re somewhere a bit magical. Maybe it’s the volcanic activity, maybe it’s the dried fish, but something’s going on.”

Yoko Ono, who built her Imagine Peace Tower in Reykjavik, said on her website, “On the map of the Earth planet, Iceland is a country situated in the northern most part of our world. It is an ideal location from which to cover the Earth with enlightenment and love.”

And the list goes on. Bill Clinton and Metallica are rumoured to be a fan of the pylsur, the Icelandic hot dog and Harrison Ford supposedly loves Reykjavik’s Austur Indian Restaurant.
