Show apartment success in Sunbury-on-Thames The new show apartment at Antler Homes’ Cedar Place development in Sunbury-on-Thames was inundated with visitors when its doors opened for the first time this month.

Anxious to see the Antler Homes difference, there were over 50 registered visitors during the opening weekend. Finished by leading designer Alexander James Interiors - finalists in the highly regarded ‘International Interior Designer of the Year’ category of Andrew Martin’s 2008 Interior Design Awards – the show apartment oozes class and originality. And by getting the interior design firm on board Antler Homes cements its desire to build high quality limited edition homes which combine a superior specification and skillful design with a luxury finish.

Sales Director Tim Foreman says: “The launch of the designer show apartment at Cedar Place attracted a wide variety of visitors including both first time buyers and downsizers. Throughout the opening weekend visitors were commenting on the finish of the apartment, saying how impressed they were with it. Half of the homes at Cedar Place have sold off-plan and with the launch of the show apartment we are expecting the remaining properties to sell quickly. ”

Cedar Place is a gated development comprising a selection of two bedroom apartments as well as three and four bedroom houses. Each apartment has been designed to offer maximum living space. Ground and first floor apartments feature an open plan living/dining/kitchen area and on the second floor the kitchen is separate. Each apartment also offers ample storage as well as en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobe to bedroom one.

Luxurious fixtures and fitting abound, including a custom built kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ceramic floor tiles and integrated fridge/freezer and washer/dyer. The bathrooms and en-suite facilities offer classic white sanitaryware with chrome fittings, contemporary fitted furniture and designer tiles.

Cedar Place is within reach of the excellent choice of amenities within Sunbury town centre. As well as many cafes, pubs and restaurants, the town also offers a good selection of shopping and entertainment facilities. For more relaxed exploits, Bushy Park, Richmond Park and Hampton Court are all in close proximity, perfect for walking or cycling. The development is also ideally placed for the commuter, with both the M25 and M3 easily accessible.

Testament to the development’s success, half of the apartments and houses have sold off-plan. Apartments start at £249,950 and houses start at £480,000. Visit the new show apartment for further details, open from Thursday to Monday between 10am and 5pm. Alternatively visit to find out more.
