With 16 homes already sold in Redrow’s latest phase at Buckshaw Village, near Chorley, the development’s appeal is proving to be as strong as ever.

The award-winning housebuilder has only just released the new homes within its ‘Park Avenue’ phase but has already made 16 ‘off-plan’ sales for homes still under construction, with more expected soon as savvy homebuyers look to snap up the best plots quickly.

The loan is jointly funded by Redrow and the Homes & Community Agency (HCA) and, crucially, is interest-free for the first five years. It means a two-bedroom home could be purchased for an initial outlay of as little as £73,500.
