Barratt’s Meadowbrook invites Halloween fancy dress Barratt’s Meadowbrook development in Four Marks is inviting ghosts and ghouls and all things spooky for its Halloween fancy dress competition taking place at the development on Saturday 31st October.

Young scary visitors to the development kitted out in costumes will each receive a special Halloween goody bag and be entered into a best dressed competition to win a £50 Toys R Us voucher.

“With Halloween falling on a Saturday this year, it’s the perfect opportunity for everyone to make a day of it. All the children can enjoy the contents of their spooky goody bags as their parents see the homes we have to offer at the development,” said Barratt sales director Mark Docherty.

“Meadowbrook is a very popular development,” Mark added. “Although it enjoys a village location it is ideally located for commuters, with the cities of Winchester, Portsmouth and Southampton within easy reach. The M3 offers a direct route to London and the south west.”

Currently in its second phase of development, Meadowbrook offers the very best in family living with its Knightsbridge and Ropley detached house designs.

The two-storey Knightsbridge boasts a cloakroom, lounge, large dining room, kitchen/diner, study and utility room on the ground floor. The first floor has four good size bedrooms, two en-suites and a family bathroom with ‘His’ and ‘Hers’ sinks. The accommodation is very spacious and ideal for the larger family.

The Ropley is a three-storey townhouse and the ground floor offers a study, lounge, kitchen/diner, utility room and cloakroom. The first floor has four bedrooms, a bathroom and shower room, and the second floor is devoted to the master bedroom suite, which comes with a dressing area and en-suite shower room.

“The Knightsbridge is priced at £459,995 and the Ropley has an asking price of £390,995, and we can offer part exchange on both house types,” Mark continued.

“Part exchange is designed to remove all the uncertainty associated with moving because Barratt is a guaranteed cash buyer - so there is no chain, no last-minute price haggling and no hidden expense - and we also cover the cost of HIPs.”

The village of Four Marks offers numerous amenities – including nurseries, a church, post office, pub, restaurant and several shops. The nearby picturesque town of Alton was once home to one of England’s best loved writers, Jane Austen.
