2010 house hunters ‘should act now’, says Bryant Homes

House hunters looking to move in 2010 should start their search now, according to Bryant Homes. The housebuilder has sold its entire allocation of properties at Chrysalis at Buckingham Park for 2009, and is now selling homes which will be completed in May next year.
34 homes were sold at the popular development in 2009, showing that new build homes are still in demand in Aylesbury.
Neil Simpson, regional sales and marketing director for Bryant Homes, said: “Despite the credit crunch and its knock on effect on the property market, we are in a strong position at the end of 2009 and are already building up our order book for next year.
“The market is changing – a rise in mortgage approval levels means demand has really picked up recently. Prospective purchasers looking to move in 2010 need to start their search now, especially if they are after a new build property.
“We’re already forward selling homes at Chrysalis which won’t be completed until May 2010, so I’d encourage them to visit us now so they have a chance of reserving their property now and aren’t disappointed in a few months’ time.”
Located just minutes from the centre of Aylesbury, Chrysalis boasts a beautiful selection of three and four-bedroom homes with prices starting from £219,995.
Chrysalis benefits from a great range local amenities close by including shops, restaurants and leisure facilities. Aylesbury has a number of good local schools that cater for all ages including St. Louis Catholic and St. Edwards Church of England Schools, Aylesbury Grammar School and Mandeville Upper School.
Commuting links are excellent with Oxford, Reading and London accessible via the A418, A4010 and A41 respectively. The nearby train station offers services into Marylebone in around an hour, and local bus routes provide connections to Gatwick, Heathrow and Luton airports.
