Dance yourself healthy
This January, Simplyhealth is supporting those wanting to dance themselves to health by sponsoring GMTV's Dancing Queen Diet.
Each day former Strictly Come Dancing star Camilla Dallerup takes viewers through a series of dance moves, while Nutritionist Amanda Ursell offers helpful diet tips and Doctor Hilary Jones offers medical advice.
Clare Lee from Simplyhealth says: "The Dancing Queen Diet is not only fun but offers a two prong approach for people looking to improve their health and fitness in 2010. We wanted to get involved as we believe that taking care of your health is the most important thing of all. Dancing is a great way to stay fit and healthy and everyone can join in, young and old.
"Many viewers will be making New Year's resolutions to look after their health, but bills such as visiting the dentist or optician can mount up. At Simplyhealth, we try and ease the financial bother of looking after your health by offering a range of plans that help you budget for the costs of everyday healthcare, plus any unexpected health problems that may arise."
