Leading developer Bloor Homes is hosting a part exchange weekend on 23rd and 24th January at its attractive Roman Place development in Kirtlington, Oxfordshire. However, potential purchasers must move quickly with only one plot remaining.

Vanessa Macnee, Sales Director for Bloor Homes comments: “In a changing market, we understand our purchaser’s needs in seeking a part-exchange option which allows them to go out and get their ideal new home with ease. Under our Part-Exchange Scheme the entire purchase process can be completed within a matter of weeks with all estate-agent fees, HIPs and valuations taken care of. Purchasers are removed from becoming stuck in a selling chain, leaving them able to plan ahead for moving into their brand new Bloor home!

“If you express an interest in purchasing a new home through our part exchange offer, one of our sales consultants will discuss the scheme with you and ensure your existing property matches our standard criteria. We will then commission three independent market valuations of your property by local estate agents. Based on the valuations and subject to the survey, if you are happy with the offer we make, the purchase process can be simply completed from there as though you were a cash buyer. We will purchase the property from you and take on full responsibility for selling it on. Once contracts are signed you will be free to move into your new home as soon as it is completed.”

The last available home is The Limbury, a fantastic four bedroom property featuring two en-suites, garage and a private enclosed rear garden backing onto fields. The home also boasts a downstairs study, huge lounge opening out onto the rear garden and separate dining and kitchen/breakfast rooms. Finishing touches include light fittings, flooring and window treatments.

As with each property throughout the scheme, The Limbury has been designed to fully compliment Roman Place’s surroundings, using stone construction with a combination of plain tile and Cotswold Slate roofs fully in keeping with Kirtlington’s traditional rural aesthetic. Internally, each property at the development also benefits from a desirable specification which includes fully fitted kitchens and luxury bathroom suites.

Kirtlington is a classic English village with two greens, thatched cottages and a large duck pond. Nearby Oxford and Bicester provide great shopping and entertainment amenities, and convenient transport links make Kirtlington ideal for commuters with the A34 and M40 both within easy reach.

The 4 Bedroom Limbury plot is priced at £475,000 and represents fantastic value for a property its type and location. The development is open from 10am to 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays. For further information and to arrange an appointment, visit bloorhomes.com.
