Manchester-based luxury short break holiday specialist, Natural Retreats, has raised over £2,400 for Warrington charity Leonard Cheshire Disability, by offering a luxurious eco-chic weekend break at Natural Retreats Yorkshire Dales as a raffle prize for ITV’s star-studded ‘Newsroom’s Got Talent’ event.

The fabulous fundraiser saw some of TV’s leading newsreaders, including Jon Snow, Fiona Bruce and Katie Derham face a panel of judges including Piers Morgan, Ulrika Jonsson and Arlene Philips, as they sang their hearts out in a light-hearted variety competition. Hosted by newsroom legend, Sir Trevor MacDonald, the event raised vital funds for Leonard Cheshire Disability which supports over 21,000 disabled people in the UK.

The lucky raffle winner and five guests will enjoy a weekend in a stylish residence at Natural Retreats’ Yorkshire Dales site, which is set in 55 acres of outstanding natural beauty next to the Yorkshire Dales national park.

Prices for a mid-week break start from £17 per person per night,* based on a family of six sharing and include a luxury welcome hamper along with towels, linen and Temple Spa toiletries, logs for your wood burner, as well as a dedicated concierge service to assist guests, both before and during their stay, whether to arrange a local activity, a babysitter or simply to make a restaurant reservation.

To book, visit naturalretreats.com.

* Price is based on a low season, midweek break with six sharing, subject to availability.
