Redrow reveals latest new homes in Chorley

Award winning house builder Redrow has chosen January – traditionally a month for new beginnings – to unveil its latest new homes in Chorley.

Sandhurst Gardens, off Pilling Lane, is set to feature 200 homes in total on 25 acres of land formerly owned by Lex Autologistics.

The first phase will include three and four-bedroom homes from Redrow’s soon to be launched New Heritage Collection and, from this weekend (Jan 16th / 17th), visitors to the development will be able to view images and floorplans of the homes to be built.

They’ll also be able to see examples of Redrow’s quality fixtures and fittings, including contemporary kitchen designs that will include floor to ceiling units and top brand name appliances.

Based at Matrix Business Park, near Euxton, Redrow is one of Chorley’s most prolific house builders, already providing quality new homes at Buckshaw Village and Gillibrands Park.

“Sandhurst Gardens will extend our offering to home buyers in the Chorley area, offering further choice from our housing portfolio and an alternative location to our existing developments in the town,” adds Christine.

Prices at Sandhurst Gardens are set to start from £149,995 for a three-bedroom home with en-suite to master bedroom and a garage.
