David Wilson South Midlands has unveiled a new contemporary showhome at its sought after Cromwell Gardens development in Godmanchester and is encouraging potential customers to come and take a look around.

The housebuilder has opened the doors to plot 147 which is a four- bedroom home in the style of a Kingsville. This flexible home offers living space spread generously over three floors and is the perfect property to meet the demands of a modern lifestyle.

And in a bid to prove to customers just how versatile this style can be, David Wilson has decked it out as a showhome so potential purchasers can wander around to fully appreciate its thoughtful layout.

Jackie Day, Sales Director at David Wilson, comments “The Kingsville is a great style offering living space that can accommodate a wide variety of purchasers’ needs.

“There is a bedroom on the ground floor which could be used by an older teenager or elderly relatives living at home, but if you don’t need a fourth bedroom it could be converted into a study or gym.

“This style can expand or detract as much as you require and we believe the showhome exemplifies this perfectly.”

Mary Halsey from Juniper Interiors is the Interior Designer who worked on the new showhome. She comments “The Kingsville has a very versatile layout. The ground floor caters for every daytime need so we arranged the kitchen/diner area to accommodate a seating and television space.

“We used browns, lime greens and greys predominantly and by keeping the walls magnolia, it demonstrates to a new homeowner how soft furnishings can make a house into a home. We also made the most of the L shaped lounge by displaying artwork which added colour and interest.

"The Kingsville is a great property and I’m thrilled with the finished product we have created.”

Cromwell Gardens is located on London Road in the popular destination of Godmanchester. A charming collection of two-, three- and four- bedrooms homes that is ideal for first time buyers, expanding households and downsizers alike.

The development benefits from the good range of amenities Godmanchester has on offer including shops, restaurants, public houses and schools.

Homehunters who wish to view the new showhome should visit the development during the opening hours of 11am-6pm, daily.
