MSL Mountaineering has compiled an A-Z of activities on offer, from adventurous getaways for kids to mountaineering expeditions across the globe, and from adventure-based fundraising to gorilla treks in Uganda.

Abseil just for fun or to raise money for a charity
Abseils can be organised off high places and structures from supermarkets to bridges, cliffs to towers. MSL organised the very first abseil off the Alton Towers tower with radio DJ Perry Spiller.

Bouncy castle boxing

Charity and responsible travel
MSL Mountaineering's social action project, GMI-UK.org, helps rebuild communities in war-damaged Uganda. You can visit the school they are building and offer hands on help – perhaps decorating a school room or digging a well - on a Voluntourism trip.

Off-roading, paragliding, base jumping, abseiling
