David Wilson opens new show home in Trowbridge
David Wilson Homes is celebrating success at its Orchards development in Trowbridge with sales success and the opening of a new show home.
The mix of homes offering a choice of three and four bedroom properties has proved popular with local buyers and families moving from further afield.
The Henley show home gives visitors to the development a great insight into the homes being built at this select development of just 17 properties.
“We are delighted to have this new show home open and the four bedroom design shows how David Wilson Homes is crafting homes which offer great living accommodation," said sales director Bernice McKenna.
The Henley is an elegant and impressive four bedroom family home with plenty of space for growing families. The living room has French doors to the garden while there is a fully fitted kitchen, utility room and separate dining room.
First floor accommodation features a master bedroom with ensuite facilities and three further bedrooms which share the family bathroom and prices for the Henley start at £239,995.
David Wilson Homes is building a range of two, three and four bedroom homes at the Orchards with designs to suit all lifestyles. Two bedroom homes including the Oxford start from £148,995 with three bedroom Kingston and Lincoln designs from £199,995.
“We truly have something for everyone at The Orchards,’’ said Bernice. “We want to offer families flexibility in the choice of homes at this small development and these designs mean that buyers can select the home which fits their particular lifestyle,’’ said Bernice.
“And we can also offer the Government-back HomeBuy Direct scheme on selected properties. HomeBuy Direct gives homebuyers the chance to move in for only 70 per cent of the purchase price.’’
David Wilson South West will match the Government’s funding pound for pound in the venture to provide the 30 per cent equity loan to the homebuyer. The buyer finances the remaining 70 per cent through a mortgage and a 5% deposit.
