A brand new drink which helps support active weight loss has arrived in Britain from the US in time for the summer.

NeuroTrim, one of four brand new functional drinks that make up the NeuroDrinks range, has just hit the shelves in branches of Waitrose in London and the South East and the Food Halls of Selfridge's and Harrods.

NeuroTrim has just 37 calories a bottle and is the soft drink arm candy of choice for celebs including Kelly Osbourne, Heidi Klum and Paris Hilton on the other side of the pond.

Makers say the drink's key ingredient is Luralean, a highly viscous form of fibre that is non-absorbable and expands in contact with the stomach to send a message to the brain that the body is satiated.

NeuroTrim say the effects last for up to 6 hours after drinking, helping to control appetite throughout the day. Luralean is also thought to have digestive health benefits.
