Property-seekers can soon discover more about the stunning range of homes available at Taylor Wimpey’s Everest Park development in Basingstoke – by visiting the brand new Sales Information Centre opening on Friday 2nd April.

Visitors to this popular development, which was launched from the housebuilder’s nearby Marnel Park, will be able to view detailed plans for the full selection of stylish two-bedroom apartments and spacious three and four-bedroom houses – as well as have their pick of available plots.

With prices starting at just £139,995 and a host of attractive homebuyer incentives on offer with selected properties, would-be movers are being urged to act quickly to stand the best chance of securing the home of their dreams.

Tim Betts, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We’re very much looking forward to welcoming the first visitors to our brand new Sales Information Centre at Everest Park on Friday 2nd April.

“With a superb selection of homes available at great-value prices and fantastic incentives to suit a variety of circumstances, there’s something to discover here for every buyer. I would recommend that anyone interested in finding out more should pay us a visit as soon as they can.”

A ‘Scafell House’ apartment at Everest Park is an ideal choice for first-time buyers, and just one plot remains for only £118,996* with Taylor Wimpey’s popular Easy Start shared equity scheme.

The apartment features a spacious lounge/dining room and open-plan kitchen, an en-suite master bedroom, a good-sized second bedroom and a bathroom off the entrance hallway, with allocated parking outside and private balconies to selected plots.

Alternatively, the impressive ‘Whitefell’ coach house-style apartment with extensive private balcony is priced from only £169,995, while those in search of something a little more expansive can choose from a selection of three and four-bedroom houses ranging in price from just £229,995 to £249,995.

Selected houses are available with Part Exchange, which gives buyers the market value of their existing property (based on the average of three independent valuations) off the price of their new purchase, while Taylor Wimpey’s easymover scheme lets customers sit back and relax while the housebuilder finds a buyer for their current home.

Incentives can be tailored to customers’ individual circumstances and are subject to availability, with further information available from the Sales Executive.
