Train like Beckham at La Manga Club

13th April 2010 Print

Italian football giants AC Milan will be returning to the La Manga Club resort this summer to run their official junior training camps.

Youngsters taking part in the Milan Junior Camp will have the chance to benefit from the same coaching enjoyed by the likes of Ronaldinho and David Beckham.

As well as taking advantage of top-level tuition from the club’s professional coaches the budding football stars will receive a host of adidas training equipment.

The seven-day courses combine training under the tutelage of AC Milan’s coaches with a variety of entertainment and recreational activities.

Camps run from July 11-17 and are suitable for boys and girls aged six to 17-years old, of all skill levels.

A seven-night stay for a family of four starts from just €1,100 based on a two-bedroom Las Lomas apartment and places in the Milan Junior Camp cost €550 per child.

La Manga Club boasts the best facilities in southern Europe for professional sports teams, with eight international-standard grass pitches and a host of other facilities including three 18-hole championship golf courses and the five-star Hotel La Manga Club Principe Felipe.

This is the latest high-profile endorsement of the resort’s footballing facilities with more than 70 international and professional sides visiting La Manga Club in the first three months of 2010 alone.
