Taylor Wimpey is inviting property-seekers to celebrate the opening of three new showhomes at its Kingshill Grange development in High Wycombe – by coming along to a fabulous cocktail launch event on Saturday 17th April.

From 11am to 4pm, the Kingshill Grange Sales Information Centre will be fizzing with excitement as a team of flair bartenders mix up exotic drinks in a dazzling display of flamboyant skill.

A variety of free alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails will be on the menu for visitors, who will also be among the first to receive a tantalising taste of what life could be like at this exciting new development by viewing the beautifully decorated ‘Hampden’, ‘Bradenham’ and ‘Lacey’ show houses.

Tim Betts, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We’re celebrating the opening of the Kingshill Grange showhomes in spectacular style with this fabulous cocktail launch, and look forward to welcoming property-seekers along to join in the fun.

“With the opportunity to view our perfect mix of properties offering something for every buyer – from stylish two-bedroom apartments through to spacious three, four and five-bedroom houses – this unique occasion is one that’s not to be missed.”

The four-bedroom ‘Bradenham’ terraced house, priced from only £344,995, is an ideal choice for families, and features a light and airy lounge opening through French doors to the private rear garden, a separate kitchen/breakfast room and a handy guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the first-floor landing leads to two good-sized bedrooms – including the master bedroom with en-suite – and a main bathroom, while two further bedrooms and a bathroom can be found on the top floor.

The four-bedroom ‘Hampden’ terraced home is priced from just £359,995 and features a large kitchen/dining room, a bedroom/study and a guest cloakroom on the ground floor, plus a spacious living room, a bathroom, an en-suite master bedroom and two further bedrooms laid out across the two upper floors.

Meanwhile the sumptuous five-bedroom detached ‘Lacey’ really has to be seen to be appreciated. Priced at £825,000, it offers sumptuous accommodation for the largest of families, with an expansive living room spanning the entire depth of the property, an impressive kitchen/breakfast room opening through to an attractive conservatory, plus a utility room, a formal dining room and a guest cloakroom off the central hallway.

Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a walk-in dressing area and an en-suite with separate bath and shower cubicles, while the landing also leads to a second en-suite bedroom, three further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

All new homes at Kingshill Grange benefit from a garage and/or allocated parking and each property is completed to a high standard specification, including central heating, double glazing and fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

Situated on the leafy northern outskirts of High Wycombe, Kingshill Grange is in an ideal spot for City commuters looking to escape the hustle and bustle of central London, as well as for young parents in search of a peaceful but well-appointed place to raise their families.

The development enjoys excellent road links to the M40, M25 and the A404, and is just over a mile from High Wycombe railway station, which offers regular services to London Marylebone in less than 40 minutes.

High Wycombe’s town centre has recently undergone a major regeneration, and boasts a wide range of high street and independent shops, plus a wealth of bars, restaurants, entertainment and leisure facilities including a theatre, a multi-screen cinema and a bowling alley.

For relaxation, Rye Park offers acres of green space and an outdoor swimming pool, while the charming villages, country pubs and walks of rural Buckinghamshire are just a short distance away.

The Kingshill Grange Sales Information Centre and showhomes are located off Kingshill Road, High Wycombe, will be open from 10.30am to 5.30pm on Saturday 17th April, with cocktails served between 11am and 4pm.

The development is also open seven days a week between 10.30am and 5.30pm.
