A trio of stylish new showhomes is opening this weekend at Taylor Wimpey’s sought-after Everest Park development in Basingstoke – and with a choice of stunning homes available at great-value prices it’s an ideal way for househunters to get moving this summer.

The stylish two-bedroom apartment, and fabulous three and four-bedroom townhouses that open their doors to visitors this Saturday 1st May have been decorated and furnished by interior designers to give customers a taste of what life can be like in a brand new home.

Plus, all three designs will be available to purchase over the Bank Holiday weekend.

The spacious, four-bedroom ‘Bowfell’ townhouse, for example, is priced from only £244,995 and characterised by a superb kitchen/dining area with an additional conservatory to selected plots, a large living room, a magnificent master bedroom with en-suite, plus a bedroom which could alternatively be used as a home office.

The showpiece of the three-bedroom ‘Hindscarth’, available from £229,995, is its amazing master suite occupying the entire top floor, while the beautiful two-bedroom apartment that completes the trio of showhomes is a delightful example of what many first-time buyers will be looking for.

Those choosing a new home at the development can choose from Taylor Wimpey’s Options range – a selection of finishing touches for their new home at Everest Park, including carpets and flooring, tiles and lighting, plus kitchen units, worktops and appliances.

As its name suggests, Everest Park offers homes at the peak of property design, and enjoys a popular location on the northern fringes of Basingstoke, bordered by beautiful countryside to the north and just over two miles from the town centre.

Basingstoke is home to bustling modern shops, good schools and exciting leisure activities, while its Festival Place shopping centre is ranked in the UK's top 10 biggest and best, with 165 stores and 29 restaurants, bars and cafes.

The town is also home to music venues, a choice of multi-screen cinemas, tennis courts, a leisure park, sports clubs, an ice rink, a swimming pool and bowling alleys.

For commuters, Basingstoke station is only a mile from the new homes, from which London Waterloo Station is just a 45-minute journey by rail, and the M3 is just three miles away.

The new showhomes at Everest Park will be open from 10.30am to 5.30pm this Saturday 1st May and over the Bank Holiday weekend, and can be found at Popley Way, Basingstoke, RG24 9AB.
