A hassle-free helping hand to move

ASSIST is currently available at Stamford Homes’ prestigious Welland Park development in Stamford and also at the Burghfield Place development at Gunthorpe, Peterborough.

A selection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes are available across both developments.

In Peterborough, prices start from £169,995 for a three bedroom detached home, while a two-bedroom mews home at Stamford starts from £157,950.

Under the scheme Stamford Homes will:

- Arrange for two independent valuations of your home
- Suggest a realistic selling price based on the valuations, and if you agree, you can reserve the home of your choice.
- Instruct an estate agent to sell your existing home within a specified timescale, working closely with the agents to ensure maximum publicity and viewings.
- Appoint a solicitor and mortgage broker to speed up the process.

Among the many customers who have tried and tested the incentive are Bill and Barbara Charteris, who moved to one of Stamford Homes’ Lincolnshire developments.

Barbara explained: “We had a large three-bedroom home and wanted to move to something slightly smaller with less garden to maintain. We still need a fair amount of space for our growing family, which includes nine grandchildren.”
