Forever 21 to open in Birmingham

Forever 21 has announced their expansion into the UK with the opening of the company’s first flagship store in Birmingham.

The store will occupy over 53,000 square feet of retail space and will reside at the popular Bullring shopping centre in Birmingham’s historic market centre beneath St. Martin’s Church.

Forever 21 Executive Vice President Larry Meyer notes that, “Our business is primed for significant international growth this year. Bullring is an ideal location and we are looking forward to expanding our business into Birmingham and other parts of the UK.”

Bullring is owned by The Birmingham Alliance, a partnership between three property developers and investors: Hammerson plc, Future Fund and Henderson Global Investors Ltd. The scheme is managed by Hammerson.
