Healthy eating for long term results

Have your previous attempts at dieting failed? Do you often feel tired and lack energy? Are you prone to illness? Help is at hand with EatWright.co.uk the new healthy eating programme which addresses these issues as it is designed to make people healthier, slimmer and fitter for the long term.
Leonie Wright was so impressed by the results she achieved after doing “EatWright” in her native Netherlands, that she has decided to introduce it in the UK. It’s more than just a diet, it’s a change in eating habits and lifestyle, with one to one coaching.
Leonie says “The aim of the programme is to detox and cleanse the body of stored fat, reach and maintain an optimal weight and achieve a lasting healthy and balanced eating pattern. I used to suffer from high blood pressure, high cholesterol and migraines. I just wanted to bring my body back to its optimum state. Since doing the programme, I don’t need to take any tablets and my migraines have disappeared. I want to help others achieve similar results.”
With “EatWright”, you will detox and cleanse the body in a short period of time, getting rid of stored fat and bringing your body back into balance. Typically, you can expect to lose 5 to 8kg (11 to 18 lbs) during the course of the programme and you will gain an insight into the way you eat, drink and exercise. With this plan, you will never be hungry and can choose from a wide range of foods.
The programme can be beneficial for heart and arteries, blood pressure, cholesterol, digestion, sleeping and snoring, weight loss, menopause symptoms and self confidence.

When embarking on a new diet, you may lose motivation, but with EatWright, Leonie promises to coach you from the initial consultation, through daily e-mails and by being available on the telephone for any queries. “We feel it’s vital to give support to people on the eating programme, to keep them motivated so they achieve the right results. Every day I send clients e-mails giving advice and reiterating why they’re doing it,” she says.
The six week eating programme starts with a consultation with Leonie where she discusses your target weight and health concerns. The first phase starts with three “cleansing” days. You receive a carefully composed food list from which you can choose six to 12 portions a day, as well as certain supplements taken on a daily basis. This ensures you receive all the nutrients you need.
Every day you will receive e-mails with recipes, information and advice. You will need to complete a simple form to share with your coach, who will be available for daily telephone contact. The first phase delivers impressive results, but with phase 2, Leonie will work with you to maintain your achieved goals by adding foods which weren’t allowed in phase one, reducing the supplements to a point that suits your lifestyle and ensuring a continued balance of healthy food. The aim of the programme is for participants to walk up to 10,000 steps a day and they are given a pedometer. With your normal movements and a 30 minute walk a day, this can be easily achieved. The programme isn’t suitable for people with diabetes, pregnant women or women who are breast feeding. If in doubt, please consult your GP first.
The programme was established in 2002 by a Dutch nutritionist, following 20 years of research.
