Green light for luxury homes in St Neots

More stylish homes will be built in St Neots, Cambridgeshire after Redrow was given the go ahead to begin work on the next stage of its popular Loves Farm development.
The new phase, named Priory Gardens, will total 46 new homes from Redrow’s New Heritage Collection and is set to go on sale to eager homebuyers in mid-August.
The New Heritage Collection is a premium housing product with more than a hint of nostalgia. Externally it’s been influenced by the ‘Arts and Crafts’ era, but inside the homes boast a specification to meet the needs of modern lifestyles. Redrow has deliberately set out to reintroduce a high degree of individuality to the way its homes look and feel so people will want to live in them for a lifetime.
The new phase of luxury two, three and four-bedroom family homes, is located on the edge of St Neots, Cambridgeshire’s largest town and a place rich in history, culture and charm.
To coincide with the August sales launch, two show homes will open so visitors can view these instantly recognisable traditional homes in all their glory; fully furnished and professionally decorated by an expert team of interior designers.
Mary Timlin, sales director for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), said: “We are delighted to be starting work on the next phase of our development in St Neots and to have the opportunity to launch our New Heritage Collection to homebuyers in the area.
“We are sure they will embrace the traditional style of the homes, which are perhaps evocative of the family homes they grew up in, but feature modern interiors including the latest statement-making kitchens, bathrooms and high quality fixtures and fittings.”
Located just off the A1 and close to the A14 and M11, St Neots is described as ‘commuter heaven’ with great links to Bedford and Cambridge. The development is within walking distance of the train station, from where you can travel to London’s Kings Cross in 60 minutes.
Priory Gardens is also very close to the Great River Ouse, Paxton Pits Nature Reserve and Riverside Park, whilst St Neots town centre offers many shops, restaurants and entertainment venues.
