GoLearnTo.com have launched a new range of cookery holidays all taught by Michelin star chefs. The focus here is on fresh, local ingredients, full of flavour and presented Michelin star style giving you professional skills adapted to a domestic environment – so no scary F words then.
And before you reach for your French dictionary – all classes are taught in English alongside French.

Chefs Franck Putelat, Robert Abraham and Jean-Marc Boyer in the Languedoc region, France:
Cook with three of France’s finest chefs, exploring regional delicacies, fine wines and delicious produce from the Languedoc region, a perfect way to enjoy the real French house party experience.
- Chef Robert is the Midi-Pyrenees Chef of the Year 2009 and he is used to producing food that is highly acclaimed by both the Michelin and Gault Millau guides.
- Franck has won, amongst a Michelin star, the Bocuse d’Argent prize, regarded by chefs as the most prestigious championship award for French cooking in the world.
- Jean-Marc’s experience includes 12 years at the 3* Ambrosie under Bernard Pacaund and the Ritz and has been awarded his own Michelin Star.
- When not leading hands-on classes, the chefs run their own renowned gourmet restaurants in Carcassonne and nearby towns.

- Jean-Marc’s long list of accomplishments includes experience at Alexadrin - a one star Michelin restaurant and Oasis - a three star Michelin restaurant.
