Rental potential on George Wimpey’s new flats in East London makes them popular investment properties.

Savvy property investors are snapping up stylish East London flats that are ready to rent out to tenants at George Wimpey’s Invito in Gants Hill, Essex.

Rental yields of over 7% and great potential for a rise in East London property values over the next few years means that there are now just a handful of studios and one and two-bedroom flats for sale at Invito.
