New Sales Adviser Barbara Furness joins Miller Homes at an exciting time. With demand for new homes at its Woodland Park development in Darwen leading the local property market, the house builder is upping the pace with news of a new phase with new house designs.

This new and final phase offers 85 homes and a choice of ten attractive 2, 3 and 4 bedroom house designs, including mews, semi detached and detached properties.

The ‘Tolkein’, one of the ten new house designs, is a 3-bed family home with accommodation spread over three floors. The ground floor has a large lounge and a bright kitchen dining room with French doors leading out onto the garden. There is also a handy downstairs toilet and cloakroom. Bedrooms two and three can be found on the first floor with the family bathroom, with a wide landing and stairs leading up to the second floor. The master bedroom with en-suite has pride of place at the top of the house away from the hustle and bustle of family living. It is accessed via a small private landing, giving it a serene, relaxed space with attractive dormer window.

There will be a range of two bedroom mews style homes including the ‘Burroughs’ and the ‘Ludlum’, which offer totally new and flexible floor plans. The three bedroom semi-detached properties include the ‘Hurston’, ‘White’ and ‘Stowe’. The ‘Hurston’ is already a popular design at a Miller Homes development in St Helens and Barbara is pleased to offer the design in Darwen.

Detached homes include the traditional ‘Milne’ 3-bed, which features at the house builders development in Salford. The last new design is the ‘Rowland’ an impressive 4-bed house again with three floors of living space and said to be one of the largest properties on the development.
