Bow is on the up - and amongst the vast regeneration of this spectacularly located London village, a new landmark development of cutting edge, executive city homes is being created by award winning house builder, Higgins Homes.

Aqua Vista is the new Higgins Homes development, located in Bow Common Lane, E3. Launching on 9th October, with first occupations scheduled for next summer 2011, Aqua Vista will provide 157 luxuriously appointed canal side studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments.

Jeremy Marcus, Sales and Marketing Director of Higgins Homes comments: “Although we are expecting most of the home buyers of Aqua Vista to be sold to owner occupiers, this is a spectacular development in terms of its investment potential. It has everything going for it - the apartments are superbly appointed and the developments location is fantastically close to Canary Wharf (eight minutes by DLR), the City and the 2012 Olympic venue.  Bow is a up and coming London ‘Hot Spot’, and due to the regeneration currently underway, the capital growth potential of the new homes is very exciting.”

Aqua Vista comprises four beautifully designed, highly contemporary, bright white   apartment buildings with striking yellow ascents, each at a different height and easily identifiable by their extensive glazing.  Most apartments have balconies or terraces with external lighting and breathtaking views across to Canary Wharf and the City, as well as access to Aqua Vista’s beautifully landscaped communal gardens and roof terraces.

The apartment blocks are spectacular, rising up to 11 storeys high and with no less than 29 different apartment layouts to choose from. The interiors are exciting as they are contemporary. Each apartment continues the theme of clean and crisp lines, with an exceptional feeling of uncluttered space and light from open plan living spaces with extensive glazing.

Specifications inside the new homes are unsurprisingly high, with beautifully appointed, stylish Urban Myth kitchens, which come complete with a Smeg fan assisted oven, washer dryer, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The on-site concierge is the icing on the cake, providing increased security and additional services to residents.

Aqua Vista is ideally located and is in close proximity to financial hub Canary Wharf, trendy Shoreditch and the heart of the 2012 Olympics, Stratford. Excellent transport links are available through the surrounding underground network of which Mile End on the central line and Bow Road Station on the district and Hammersmith & City line are both close by, as are Devons road and Langdon Park DLR stations. The North Circular Road leading to the M11 is also easily accessible making this development extremely well connected.

Bow is fast becoming a prime London hot spot, and is one of the last central London ‘villages’ where a superb home can still be bought for a reasonable price.

Aqua Vista will launch on 9th October.  For further information, visit: higginshomes.co.uk
