Manor Court

A beautiful selection of homes, great location and affordable prices has made George Wimpey’s Manor Court development in Prescot a popular place – and now only a small selection of homes remain for sale.

With prices from £133,495 for a three bedroom home with the housebuilder’s popular Easystart shared equity scheme, George Wimpey isn’t expecting this final selection of homes to be around for long.

Under the Easystart scheme, first time buyers can own 100 per cent of a new home from day one but pay just 85 per cent of the price now. The other 15 per cent is offered by the housebuilder as an interest free loan to be repaid within 10 years*. Via the Easystart scheme only a 5% deposit is required, normally up to 20% is required when buying a new build home.

Other properties available at the development include the stylish fully furnished Derwent show home priced at £169,995. Moving into a show home means no worries about decorating, furniture or finishings – you can just sit back and enjoy your new home.

A range of four bedroom detached homes are also still available, prices start from £209,995 for a four bedroom detached home with single garage.

George Wimpey’s popular part exchange scheme is available to use on selected properties, to help those with a home to sell have a smooth move. The scheme involves George Wimpey buying the purchaser’s current house from them, removing all the pressure involved with selling their house and leaving them free to move into their new home.

Anthony Mansfield, sales and marketing director for George Wimpey Manchester, commented: “Manor Court has been a great development for us as it really ticked all the right boxes for the local homebuyers. We’ve had lots of great feedback from people who have bought here which is always great to hear. Manor Court has always been a really popular choice for homebuyers.

“If you’re looking for a new home in the Prescot area then come in and have a look at what we have to offer – we’d love to help make your next move a happy one.”

Manor Court is ideally placed for residents to take advantage of all Prescot has to offer and caters for buyers on all stages of the property ladder. Positioned between St Helens and Liverpool, Manor Court is a ten-minute drive from St Helens and Liverpool city centre can be reached in under 30 minutes. The development also has a range of local amenities, being within walking distance of Prescot town centre which has a wealth of local shops and traditional pubs. Cables Retail Park, located just outside the town centre, also features high street shops such as Next, Miss Selfridge and Dorothy Perkins and one of Europe’s most visited Tesco supermarkets.
