Leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey is offering a £500 donation to the Armed Forces charity for every home sold at its The Romans at Augusta Park development of houses for sale in Andover.

Taylor Wimpey has pledged its support for Britain’s wounded heroes with a charitable special offer that’s sure to appeal to members of the Armed Forces in search of their ideal property for sale in Andover.

The leading housebuilder is offering a £500 donation to the Help for Heroes charity – which gives practical help to men and women from the British Armed Forces who have been injured serving their country since 2001 – with every house purchased by military personnel at its The Romans at Augusta Park development of new homes in Andover.

More than 2,000 military and civilian personnel are now stationed in the Hampshire town following the opening of the British Army’s Land Forces new headquarters in Andover, which were declared fully operational in September 2010 and lie just a short distance from the Taylor Wimpey development of flats and houses in Andover.

And alongside this charity offer from Taylor Wimpey, members of the Armed Forces who choose a brand new property in Andover at The Romans at Augusta Park can also benefit from financial help of their own towards the purchase of their brand new property.

Qualifying servicemen and women can take advantage of Taylor Wimpey’s Armed Forces Discount, through which they receive £500 from the housebuilder for every £25,000 they spend on a new home, up to a maximum of £5,000*.

Tim Betts, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We are proud to announce this superb incentive which will support the invaluable work Help for Heroes does every day to ensure that those wounded in the service of our country receive the very best care and support.

“We are also delighted to be able to offer financial help to members of the Armed Forces who choose our homes as a thank-you for their loyalty and dedication to our country.

“We would urge anyone hoping to purchase a new home at The Romans at Augusta Park – and take advantage of these fantastic incentives – to contact us without delay, as this stunning development is proving incredibly popular with property-seekers.”
