Local businesses support launch of Swinford Green

To celebrate the launch of the first show homes at Swinford Green in Eynsham, Taylor Wimpey has teamed up with local businesses to host a fun-filled day on Saturday 13 November for all the family.

Prospective purchasers and the local community are invited to the grand opening of the house builders’ stunning development where they’ll be treated to refreshments and entertainment from businesses located on the development’s doorstep.

Sweet and savoury snacks will be provided by The Natural Bread Company, wine and ale from Oxfordshire will be served by Eynsham Cellars and entertainment will be provided by local musicians Melody Room Jazz Band, who are regular performers at The White Hart public house.
Chris Ashmore, regional sales and marketing director at Taylor Wimpey, said: “Eynsham is a beautiful village with a fantastic community spirit. The businesses are independent, providing wonderful produce from the everyday necessities like fresh bread to small luxuries such as locally brewed ale - everything anyone could need is available right on their doorstep.

“We wanted to give potential purchasers a taste of what life in Eynsham and at Swinford Green could be like, so we’ve invited local businesses to help us launch the site. Along with the refreshment and entertainment we have a local marquee company and local balloon business too. We’re looking forward to welcoming the businesses and the visitors to our development.”

Taylor Wimpey is launching the four bedroom Richmond and three bedroom Waltham style show homes at Swinford Green on Saturday 13th November, 10am – 5pm. The new development is located off the B4449, Eynsham, Oxfordshire, OX29 4LF and the on-site marketing suite will be open seven days a week from 10am-5pm.
