Father Christmas to visit new homes in Chorley

Miller Homes Birkacre Park in Chorley is to be an early call for Father Christmas on Thursday 25 November.
The visit is to help Rudolf find his way to the new development on the big night, making sure that all the new residents are on his Christmas list.
The special request has been arranged through Leyland Round Table who will be there to lend a hand and enjoy some festive food and refreshments.
Kay Halls, Miller Homes Sales Manager said: “We are delighted that Father Christmas can interrupt his busy schedule and prepare his route to our beautiful new development. We will provide a Miller Homes welcome with festive music, food and refreshments. All are welcome from 5.30pm and we expect Santa to arrive around 6pm”
Miller Homes’ Birkacre Park has good reason to celebrate. Site Manage Tony Preece has just won a Seal of Excellence award from the NHBC, placing his management of the development as one of the best in the country. The development also received a commendation from Robert Napier, Chairman of the Housing and Communities Agency, who said: ‘I was really impressed with what I saw at Birkacre Park – the whole scheme has a great village feel and the homes are clearly of excellent quality.”
Father Christmas’s visit is on Thursday 25 November, from 5.30pm. Full details from the Birkacre Park Marketing Suite, located off Lower Burgh Way, Chorley PR7 3TA. It is open everyday 10.30am to 5.30pm.
