West London’s new high-end grill restaurant Brasa will be welcoming in 2011 by throwing London's hottest New Years Eve party and offering a treat of a feast, accompanied by music from one of London’s most legendary DJ’s and record producers, Andy Dean.

Andy is one half of The Boilerhouse Boys, who have collectively written, produced and remixed for a variety of artists from The Stereophonics to A Tribe Called Quest and have over twenty million credited sales under their belt and have played at parties for Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake! He will be on the decks in Brasa from 11pm-3am.

The bespoke 6-course menu has been created by Head Chef Danny MacGechan, who trained under Marco Pierre White and is the perfect way to round up 2010 in style. His trademark approach to cooking shines through in the form of enticing dishes, featuring Foie Gras, Cornish Lobster, Venison Wellington and Chocolate Nemesis (you have to try it to understand). There will also be Champagne Cocktails and Charcoal Grilled Organic Poole Oysters on arrival.

The menu is priced at £55 per head and booking is essential. Alternatively you lap up the NYE vibe in Brasa by purchasing a ticket priced at £10, these are limited so be quick! The Broadway Bar and Grill is open until 3am and is free entry all night.
