Squash is back

With a new year now underway, you may be thinking about dropping those Christmas pounds or trying out a new hobby or even something the whole family can get involved in.

As the kids start back at school, it’s the perfect time to get back into sport and make sure they put all their energy to the best use. If this is the case, then why not try the exciting sport of squash?

Fast-paced, fun and exciting, it’s played in 157 countries, on 50,000 courts and by 20 million people. And this month top players from the world of squash are gearing up for the ATCO PSA World Series Finals at The Queen’s Club in London from 11-15 January 2011.

Hosted at the home of racquet sports, they will take place in an inflatable structure, specifically created for the showpiece event. The ‘Z-Court’ will contain the very latest in squash viewing, featuring an all glass court with glass support, enabling uninterrupted 360 views of the action.

So if you’ve been thinking about getting active to shed the extra Christmas weight, why not use it as an opportunity to spend time with the kids and get fit and healthy together?
