In spite of the current tough economic climate, Crest Nicholson’s Kaleidoscope development in the centre of Cambridge is continuing to buck the trend and sell extremely well.

Homes are proving so popular that the Magenta Building, comprising 55 two-bedroom apartments, has just been launched ahead of schedule in order to cope with demand and four homes were snapped up during last month’s opening weekend. In addition to the Magenta Building, a state-of-the-art Sales and Marketing Suite where potential purchasers can come and speak to the Sales Advisors and learn about the new homes on offer at Kaleidoscope, has also just opened.

The new Sales and Marketing Suite is located in the attractive Sepia building, which is home to the current range of two-bedroom ‘Platinum’ duplex apartments. The new Magenta Building apartments all offer spacious, open-plan living and benefit from large windows which flood the space with natural light. Master bedrooms come complete with built-in wardrobes and many feature an en-suite bathroom, in addition to the main bathroom. Homes also come with balconies which offer great views of either the city or the development’s landscaped, communal areas.

Annette Cole, Sales and Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson Eastern, comments: “The new Sales and Marketing Suite really showcases the high quality and standard of Crest Nicholson homes and gives prospective buyers the opportunity to make a more informed decision about buying an apartment at Kaleidoscope. The Platinum duplex apartments have proven extremely popular with only four now remaining for sale. Early signs indicate that the Magenta Building will prove just as appealing to buyers and we are delighted to be able to offer prospective first-time buyers another option at the development.”

Homes at Kaleidoscope combine a bright contemporary exterior with a classic and stylish interior, dispersed across 11 architecturally unique apartment buildings and courtyards that are linked by a sequence of shared spaces.

Cambridge boasts excellent travel links; Cambridge Railway Station is just five minutes from the scheme and provides a non-stop service to London Kings Cross in just 45 minutes. Alternatively, the M11 is just three miles away providing a swift route to Stansted Airport and the motorway network beyond.

Prices at Kaleidoscope start from £285,500 for a two bedroom apartment. For further information about purchasing a home at Kaleidoscope please contact the Sales and Marketing Suite, which is open daily from 10am to 5pm.
