The wait is over for Hilsea house hunters

The wait is finally over for house hunters in Hilsea as Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties throws open the doors to the marketing suite at its new Austen Court development on Saturday (5th February).
Prospective purchasers are invited to come along to the launch where they’ll be able to take a look at the plans and find out about the first collection of homes released for sale. There will also be an opportunity to talk to the experienced sales team about Taylor Wimpey’s financial incentives, as well as get advice on the whole moving process.
Sarah Pasco, regional sales director for Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties said: “We’re tremendously excited to be launching Austen Court, bringing yet another high quality development to the region. The wide range of homes on offer means there is something for everyone, so whether you’re a first time buyer, growing family or downsizer, I’m confident there’ll be a home for you at Austen Court! There has already been a lot of interest in the development so I’d encourage interested purchasers to come to the launch to find out more.”
Designed to appeal to a range of house hunters, the development will comprise a collection of one and two bedroom apartments and two and three bedroom terraced homes, including three story townhouses.
Austen Court is located on the north end of Portsea Island, close to Portsmouth city centre which offers an array of shops, restaurants and night life. For commuters, Hilsea railway station is on the Portsmouth direct line from London Waterloo and the M27 is nearby.
