Fairview New Homes will launch their new show apartment at Vision in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, on Saturday 26th February and Sunday 27th February from 10am to 5pm.

Potential buyers will have the opportunity to visit the designer show apartment and see what life might be like in a new home in High Wycombe. They will also be able to ask the Fairview sales team about the development and the various incentives offered to buyers, including first time buyer deals and part exchange offerings on houses.

Fairview has already sold half of the apartments at Vision and now the show apartment is ready, they expect sales to pick up even more. Jim Holliday, Sales Director of Fairview New Homes, comments, “Purchasers are attracted to Vision due to its excellent location in High Wycombe, just a five minute drive from the centre of town and the train station, and opposite the renowned John Hampden Grammar School.

“High Wycombe is a wonderful historic market town with trains to London Marylebone in approximately 35 minutes. The apartments would suit young professionals or first time buyers who work in London or like to visit the city on a regular basis.” Mr Holliday continues.

First time buyers can take advantage of the ‘Flying Start’ scheme where they only have to put down a 5% deposit and Fairview makes up the remaining 15%. The deposit loan is free for up to ten years, and is only available on selected new apartments, so they are urging those thinking of stepping onto the property ladder to head to Vision as soon as possible for more information.

Also available are three-bedroom detached family homes with a separate study and playroom, and a private garden. These new homes are perfect for families moving to Vision.

Vision is a new development of three-bedroom houses and two-bedroom apartments in High Wycombe. The new homes come with fully integrated kitchens and bathrooms, and fitted flooring throughout. All the houses have private gardens and the apartments have balconies.

High Wycombe town centre has its own individual market town charm with a wide range of good restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities. There is a popular food market on the High Street on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays and the new Eden Centre has shops, a multiplex cinema, library and bowling alley.

The town is surrounded by the Chiltern Hills which is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty – ideal for outdoor pursuits. Plans are also underway to re-open the Wycombe Summit, England’s largest indoor real snow ski and snowboard centre.

High Wycombe is located on the Chiltern Line with a regular direct service to London Marylebone station. The main station is 1.3 miles from Vision and the peak journey time to London is approximately 40 minutes. An extensive bus and coach network complements the road and rail links connecting the town with neighboring counties and towns, including the nearby M40 to Oxford, approximately 30 miles away.
