Scorpion launches GP Series Silencer for Aprilia RSV 4

Scorpion Exhausts, UK manufacturer of car and bike exhausts has launched the latest fitment from its stunning GP Series range; the Aprilia RSV 4. This exciting new can is available with either a genuine carbon fibre or titanium outer shell.

The GP series uses technology and production methods that have directly evolved from Scorpion’s competition department, utilising the very latest composite construction to create a free-flowing silencer that sounds incredible, increases power and torque – and best of all, looks sensational. Thanks to the use of such high-quality, featherweight materials, the weight savings are substantial. In the case of the RSV 4, a huge loss of some 5.1 kilos from the factory 6.2 kilo system! But the best news is yet to come, as well as the significant weight savings, independent dyno tests saw an increase from 161.32 bhp with the factory system to 165.27 bhp with the GP series can fitted! Torque gains were similar across the rev range.
