It seems Redrow has found the key to many homebuyers’ hearts after selling nine homes in just two weeks in the Cambridgeshire town of St Neots.

The housebuilder is celebrating after two neighbouring ventures proved to be February’s new homes success story.

Keen to retain momentum at the development and pass on the rewards to customers, Redrow has just launched its Spring promotion on selected new homes at Loves Farm. This could include paying your stamp duty, cash towards your deposit and including carpets throughout your new home for reservations before end of March.

Tonia Tyler, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), said: “Spring is a popular season to move house as it’s the perfect time for a fresh start. We’ve already seen a fantastic February, selling nine homes at Loves Farm and the neighbouring Priory Gardens in just two weeks, and we’re confident that our developments will continue to prove popular with homebuyers looking forward to spending the summer in a new home.”

Among the homes available at Loves Farm is the three-bedroom Dunmore, which is ready to move into straight away and has ample space for a family.

Priced from£184,950, this light and airy home features an open-plan kitchen and dining area. There is also a large lounge to relax in with French doors opening out on to the garden and convenient downstairs cloakroom. The first floor is home to the master bedroom, with en suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes, two further double bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Modern four-bedroom family homes are also available at Loves Farm from £349,950.

For those in the market for a traditional looking home, Redrow’s neighbouring development, Priory Gardens, features homes from Redrow’s New Heritage Collection, priced from £189,950. Externally they’ve been influenced by the architecture of the Arts & Craft era.

Both developments are built to the same high standards and all homes feature Redrow’s latest interior specification with its emphasis on convivial open plan living, plus contemporary new kitchen designs, including floor to ceiling units and top brand name appliances.

St Neots town centre offers many shops, restaurants and entertainment venues, as well as the main attractions of the Great River Ouse and Riverside Park.

The location of both developments is ideal for commuters as they’re close to the local train station with direct trains to London and good road links to the A1, M1 and M11, with Bedford and Cambridge only about 25 minutes’ drive away.

For more information about the homes available at Loves Farm, visit the sales office and show home, off Cambridge Road, St Neots, open daily from 10am to 5.30pm.
