It's a great time to buy a contemporary apartment or townhouse close to Farnborough town centre – as Redrow launches its spring promotion.

The award-winning housebuilder, which is transforming part of the former site of the Royal Aircraft Establishment into a thriving new homes development, has a range of tempting offers available on selected properties reserved before the end of March.

In selected apartments, Redrow is including a full furniture pack and carpets throughout, so buyers have the option of moving into a ready-made home, without having to lift a finger or spend additional cash to furnish their new home if it’s the first they’ve owned. Downsizers could benefit too if they want to leave behind all their old furniture and start afresh.

Purchasers of one of the spacious four-bedroom townhouses, which are ready to move into, could take advantage of Redrow’s offer to pay their stamp duty and cash towards a deposit, as well as including carpets throughout their new home.

Tonia Tyler, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), said: “Spring is a popular season to move house as it’s the perfect time for a fresh start. We’re confident that our development in Farnborough will prove popular with homebuyers looking forward to spending the summer in a brand new home. We’re conscious that one size doesn’t fit all so we can tailor our incentives to suit the individual.”

Located on part of the former site of the RAE, the development has been a hit with a range of buyers, thanks to its unique mix of historic conversions and new-build apartments alongside the contemporary townhouses. It’s close to the heart of town, while the homes themselves have been expertly designed with modern family living in mind.

Tonia added: “With their historic location and art-deco influenced modern designs, the townhouses will appeal to buyers looking for something special from their new home.”

A range of one and two-bedroom apartments are priced from £164,950 and four-bedroom, three-storey townhouses from £264,950.

Each new home is fitted out with Redrow’s high interior specification, including contemporary kitchens, with floor to ceiling units and top name appliances, and sleek bathroom suites. They also have all the benefits associated with being brand new including easy maintenance, energy efficiency and no need for costly repairs or renovation.

The new homes at Farnborough Central are conveniently situated next to IQ Farnborough, a vibrant business park with offices, a café, crèche, heritage centre and a recently-opened four-star hotel and leisure complex.

With journey times from Farnborough mainline station to London Waterloo of less than 45 minutes, it’s the ideal place for commuters to call home.

To be part of the new community at Farnborough Central visit the sales and marketing suite off Fowler Lane, open daily from 10am to 5.30pm.
